Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your Schizo gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

How to Return

Step 1: Initiate Return

Contact us at support@schizo.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely, include the return authorization number, and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges for items in stock. Simply follow the return process above and specify that you want an exchange. If the item you want is available, we'll ship it once we receive your return.

Note: If the item you want is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead. You can then place a new order when the item becomes available.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.
